Your Account on Our Online Portal
Simple booking for seamless learning
We believe your time should be focussed on your learning, not booking or paying for lessons.
Our online portal is designed to make booking, organising and buying your lessons simple and easy. Here’s what you can do there:
Purchase lesson credits
The simple way to pay for your lessons. Buy lesson credits in the portal then use them to book your lessons. They never expire, so buy as many as you like and use them when you choose.
Buy with Direct Debit
Monthly direct debits make paying even easier. Simply select the number of lessons you want automatically available each month. You can change, pause or stop your direct debits at any time without incurring additional costs.
Track your credits
See how many lesson credits you’ve used, how many you have left and then buy more if you need to. If you have to cancel a lesson, please contact your tutor at least 24 hours in advance.
Request your next lesson
Click on the date and time that you’d like to have your next lesson and you tutor will confirm it with you. Alternatively, ask your tutor to book your next lessons for you.
View your online calendar
See your schedule on your portal calendar. Your bookings can also automatically sync with your personal calendar so you’ll never miss a lesson!
No need to remember
You’ll receive email reminders for your upcoming lessons.
Don’t let technology be a barrier
If you’re not a fan of computers and portals, no problem!
You can ask your tutor to book your lessons for you. When you receive the lesson invite, all you’ll have to do is confirm it. Lesson credits must be purchased through the portal , but we can walk you through this simple process.
No Hidden Costs
You’ll pay no upfront or registration fees and there’ll never be fees we don’t tell you about in advance.
Tutor Travel Fees for in-person lessons
Please note that a travel fee for tutors is charged in addition to the fees quoted above.
For language classes in London travel zones 1-4, a fee of £5 per lesson is incurred and paid directly to the tutor. Costs for other locations will be quoted at the time of booking. Note that your trial lesson does not incur this fee and you can choose to have it wherever you wish.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel, pause or change your plan anytime by sending us an email.
If you need to cancel your lesson please contact your language tutor directly no less than 24 hours in advance of your lesson. After this time, your lesson’s credit will be automatically charged and can’t be refunded.
